These days, a trip to the beautiful Australian city of Sydney is not complete until your group has joined forces to conquer the Bridge Climb on the Sydney Harbour Bridge. This exciting “soft adventure” activity involves suiting up in a special BridgeSuit, hooking up to some communications equipment and then climbing up through the structure of one of the world’s most famous bridges to reach the top and get the most incredible views of Sydney, along with a special feeling of achievement. Along the way your guide will give you a commentary of Sydney’s sights and history, and the climb leaders are also specially trained to help any of your group members who might suffer from a fear of heights.

Bridge Climb is now open seven days a week between around 7.30 in the morning and 8.30 at night, and your total climbing experience will take around three and a half hours. Climbs operate with groups of 12 people; if your group has ten members or fewer, you can book online in the regular way, but for larger groups you’ll have to make special inquiries. When you reach the top, a group photograph is always taken, and it makes a great take-home souvenir to see your group literally on top of Sydney.
