World Trade Center Site - Ground Zero - currently under construction this site stands as a memorial to those lost in the World Trade Center attack on September 11, 2001. Ellis Island - part of the Statue of Liberty National Monument - its museum tells the history of our nations immigrants. When staying in NYC plan a day or two of just walking around the city to visit the local attractions, shops and restaurants. People love to visit Times Square and to walk down Broadway - be prepared for crowds, especially in the summer or during holiday times.
